Tara Rae Behr

Tara Rae Behr is a psychotherapist, poet, singer-songwriter, and earth activist. Her work is informed by radical feminism, interpersonal phenomenology, and Christian mysticism. Her own experience unwinding developmental trauma, and healing from a ten-year eating disorder with Canadian psychotherapist Bruce Sanguin, has been instrumental in how she works as a counselor. She received her masters from Denver Seminary, and counseled at The Springs Rescue Mission and worked at a group practice focusing on the suicide epidemic in adolescents in Colorado Springs, before opening her private practice. tararaebehr.com
